Returns are free of charge.

Please keep in mind that online purchases must be returned via mail. The return must be sent to us within 15 days from the date you received your parcel.

You can easily return items by following these steps :

Let us know which items you wish to return by registering your return online here. All you need is your order number & your registered email address and you can arrange a collection of your return.

Package the items you wish to return in a suitable bag or box, eg. the one you received your parcel in. Registering your return online means you don’t need to include any paperwork in your parcel.

A courier from the carrier partner will attach the return label on your parcel upon collection.

The courier will provide you with proof of return. Please keep this for your records.

If you have received your order in two separate packages and need to make a return you can proceed in the same way by requesting a return digitally through our website.

Once we have received your return shipment in our warehouse, we will send you an email confirming receipt of the parcel. Please allow up to 14 days for this to happen. If you don’t receive the email within 14 days, please call us on +91 7777054536 or send us an email on Tenduastore@gmail.com.

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

A handling charge of Rs. 100/- will be applicable for all return orders. Please place an exchange order to avoid the same.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If it is approved, then your refund will be processed and credited to the Source of payment / bank account (for COD only) within 30 working days.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please login in your account and place an exchange request directly. There is no additional charge for any exchange orders. For new orders of lower price, the balance amount will be refunded as a gift voucher.
